Whether you call at 3 AM or 3 PM, the rate stays the same.
Our pricing reflects the convenience of mobile service, experienced repairs, and rapid response that helps keep your truck safe, legal, and earning.We stock many common OEM and aftermarket parts so repairs can often be completed on-site. When a part is not available, we work to source it from the nearest supplier and keep downtime to a minimum.

Service Time, Billing & Fees Policy – Mobile Diesel Repair LLC
Hourly billing only. No partial hours.
If time goes over 60 minutes, it rounds to the next full hour (example: 1:05 = 2.0 hours billed).
When time starts & stops
Billing starts when we leave for your location and continues through job completion, payment processing, and return travel to our home base. Waiting time for payment is billable.
Billing Time & On-Site Minimum
A two-hour minimum applies once we arrive on-site. Travel time to and from the unit is billed separately and does not count toward the two-hour on-site minimum.
Same rate 24/7
No after-hours or weekend surcharge.
Call-out Charge
Charged per dispatch (listed on invoice).
Administration Processing
For processing, documentation, and compliance paperwork (listed on invoice).
Computer Diagnostic
When scan tool/electronic diagnostics are used (listed on invoice).
Mileage
Round trip→ home base → job site → home base.
Parts & Shop Supplies
Added to total invoice.
Non-Cash Adjustment Notice
All listed prices include a 4% non-cash adjustment.
Customers who pay with cash receive a 4% discount at the time of payment.
