By requesting service from Mobile Diesel Repair LLC, the motor carrier or equipment owner acknowledges that the individual contacting us—whether a dispatcher, driver, safety officer, maintenance manager, or other company representative—is authorized to approve diagnostics, repairs, parts, labor, and associated service charges on behalf of the carrier.

The carrier is responsible for ensuring that its representatives follow all internal DOT, safety, and maintenance approval procedures. Mobile Diesel Repair LLC relies on the authority of the representative who initiates the service request, unless the carrier provides written notice stating otherwise before work begins.

All approvals received will be treated as valid and binding to ensure timely roadside and operational response consistent with DOT safety expectations.
